ST. PAUL, MN (KDAL) – The Minnesota Department of Health (MDH) says the program that provides free at-home rapid COVID test kits is ending.
Since the program began in April of last year, more than 2.5 million tests have been delivered to Minnesota households.
Up to four tests per household can be ordered online at mn.gov/covid19 or orders can be placed by phone at 1-833-431-2053.
COVID tests are also available at Community Testing Sites around the state including the DECC in Duluth.
That site is open Tuesday through Saturday for saliva, rapid and test-to-treat testing.
Many Minnesota pharmacies and health centers are also participating in the test-to-treat program.
To help prevent the spread of the virus, MDH says it is important to be tested if you have symptoms or were in close contact with someone with COVID.
