DULUTH, MN (KDAL) - After a period of above normal temperatures and no snow, winter weather is expected to make its return to the Northland Tuesday night into Thursday. The National Weather Service Office in Duluth has issued a Winter Storm Watch for possible mixed precipitation turning to heavy snow.
